When a candidate is marked as hired in Lever, their profile is automatically synced to Camino’s Pending Hires Dashboard, allowing your team to review details, make necessary adjustments, and kickstart the onboarding journey with ease.

The Lever integration eliminates manual data entry and ensures that all critical new hire information is transferred to Camino, enabling a streamlined onboarding experience. Here’s how it works:


  • New Hire Sync: As soon as a candidate is marked as hired in Lever, their profile is automatically imported into Camino in a "pending" state, allowing your People Team to prepare and personalize their onboarding journey.

  • Seamless Data Transfer: Essential details—including first name, last name, personal email, job title, LinkedIn URL, start date, manager (if available), and location—are synced from Lever to Camino.

  • Optimized Onboarding: With key information readily available, HR teams can assign onboarding templates, automate communications, and ensure new hires have everything they need for a successful start.
