A new People Ops Dashboard

See everything that needs action in one place: who’s starting, what’s overdue, and where each new hire sits in their journey. It came out of multiple rounds of user testing focused on what People teams actually need to act on, not just look at.

What’s next

The Dashboard sets the foundation for what’s coming. We’re prioritizing surveys, offboarding, goals, and milestones. More ways to support people across the whole employee lifecycle.
